The Hybrid Subscription Model

Forget pure subscriptions. The real money is in hybrid models.

Traditional Model:

Result: 3–5% conversion rate

Hybrid Model:
• Base subscription
• Usage-based components
• Success-linked pricing
Result: 8–12% conversion rate

The Value Capture Engine
